Room that we stayed is directly viewing at the traffic light and it dont have any isolation, we couldnt sleep at all, cars horns, police cars safety noise, brakes noise of tires, also toilets flushing water from upper apartments is really annoying, people talking in street, reception was not professional

Smoking smell is too much, no rooms for non smookers

I have stayed here now many times when I visit Riyadh as the company office is in Malaz District. While it isn't perfect, the rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is adequate if you want to cook, but you'll have to ask for pans to cook in and prepare to be disappointed at what you get. I've simply gone out and bought a pan or two when the discussions on something better have ended.... ...and that is an easy thing to do, because there is a hyper Nesto supermarket a few minutes walk away, and several local outlets, coffee shops, etc., all of which are very convenient. The swimming pool is small and not so good and they should not be allowed to call the fitness center by that name. The machines are few, old, and in such a state that they are unusable. There are no free weights and the multigym is broken and has been for 18 months. I keep going back, even though there are other options as it is convenient to the office and also King Abdullah Park, which offers great options for fitness by walking (a lap around the outside is about 1.15 miles).

A good hotel. Rooms are clean, airy and cool. The staff is cooperative. Rooms are well decorated. The interior is new. The washroom is big and hygienic. Many rooms have inside a small kitchen to cook food. LED, Oven, refrigerator, electric and stove cattle are also inside the room. Overall satisfactory. Your stay will be calm and relaxed. Recommended to stay.

Some rooms are ok, some are smelly, so check before finalizing room, Over all Good place, Good ambiance, and place to spend a few nights
