I have traveled a lot and it was for the first time I saw a hotel with such a PATHETIC service.
-Rooms are tiny, don't expect much, you'll book a two bed room and they'll give you a tiny room crammed with 4 beds which doesn't even leave room for walking let alone praying.
-Bathrooms were filthy, outdated, non functional, flush didn't work, muslim shower was continuously leaking and their solution was to put a towel on the floor which obviously was drenched in a few hours which created a flood like situation in the bathroom. Also there was hardly any space between the commode and the sink and bathroom was so small that one ended up touching commode in order to open the door. Scratchy low quality towels.
-House keeping was non existent, they only cleaned the floors and the rooms that got vacant, hardly ever came to even pick up trash, we kept requesting for house keeping and their staff would keep saying yes yes we'll come, I ended up complaining to the duty manager which solved the problem in a way that the staff came and did half hearted cleaning and in the end literally waved his finger and said "done with the cleaning now don't ask for it again for next 5 days".
-Their lifts were a nightmare, we often had to take 9 flights of stairs to get down because they had only 3 elevators and those were tiny like a chicken cage so whenever they came they were filled with people, how claustrophobic it was is beyond explanation.
-Only good thing is that it's near Masjid-e-Nabwi, but the hefty amount they're charging is not worth paying because of no amenities or even basic cleaning.
