Love their service . Will visit again next time . And nice location too . Awesome ?

It's the closest hotel I ever stayed in Mecca and this is my 2nd visit. Service was super efficient with views towards HARAM.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during our Umrah trip, and it was one of our worst experience. From the minute we entered this hotel it was a disappointment. First, the steps to enter the hotel were too high and ramp for wheelchair and strollers is too high and steep for use. Second, the elevators door smash close on individuals who enters elevator little late like only 10 seconds, as there is no sensor to retract back. Third, the rooms are too small for adequate and normal movement by foot inside), on top of the three outlets with only two working ones. Fourth, the bathrooms has too little space for big, tall, and ill individuals especially the shower area and toilet. Please reconsider and think about selecting a better hotel if you are planning on visiting Makkah for Umrah and/or Hajj.
