Very bad service customer service number not response mony waste The staff are not polite. Wifi is there but doesn't get connected. The bathroom tub is dirty. There were small insects coming out of the cracks in the bath tub. They don't have room service at all. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options.

The staff are not polite. Wifi is there but doesn't get connected. The AC water leaks inside the room on the bed. Full night I couldn't sleep. The bathroom tub is dirty. There were small insects coming out of the cracks in the bath tub. They don't have room service at all. They don't have there own restaurant also. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options.

the area was good it is near the University and Malls the small thing that I may complain about was that there are no available slippers in the room although I asked for it and I think that they forgot it..but it's not a big deal...However I hope next time they will put it.Thanks for the service may God bless you and your team.

Hotel was Okay. Good aesthetics around the reception. Service was however not impressive. The television in my room was faulty. Reported issue to the hotel manager and staff severally, yet no one turned up to fix it throughout my 3-days stay.
