Still need to improve (due to long time not operated, I guess). Some rooms facing problem w the water (malfunction) & a/c not working ?. But give it some time to make it work again... But the location is very² close to alHaram (good point ??). Breakfast also served quite early ??

Had a great stay in here for 4 days. The room was large and clean. The staffs were friendly. The first time, we got a problem in our room, the duty manager came and solved the problem. The restaurant at the P12 offered the close view to Masjidil Haram. I loved the menu a lot. They served Indonesian food such as lodeh nangka and tumis kangkoong. The also had the sweetest cantaloupe (orange melon) I ever tasted. They would deliver the food to your room if you asked to. The hotel located very close to the Masjidil Haram. It's not difficult when the time of salah came because there are lots of elevators with spacious space.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms . Good service. Elevators are very big to accommodate a large number of people . Especially meals are delicious and yummy. Few yards from haram.

Being a long-time Rotana hotels member and frequent customer, I’m sad that my last stay at Al Marwa Rayhaan has put an end to my loyalty. One of (if not THE) worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel ever (including 3 and 4 star hotels). I’d suggest that Rotana distance itself from being associated with this branch if they want to continue to live up to their standards.
