The hotel administration starting from the Lobby, Reception all the way to staff and Bell boys are all extremely kind and helpful. This is the first time We traveled to Medina- Saudi Arabia and didn't fluently speak Arabic but hotel staff stepped in to help with interpretation as and when needed. Our family of 4 including 2 kids booked a 9 days stay with breakfast. Breakfast can definitely be improved to incorporate healthier Fresh Fruits rather than canned fruits and more intercontinental cuisine. Hotel is at a convenient distance of 3 blocks from Masjid Al Nabawi which made it convenient for us to attend prayers regularly. I'm rating our Overall stay as Fair to Good.

I just had a quick lunch here and my first impressions were great...lobby is amazing. Food: poor quality of buffet even though there were many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful though. I can't express my opinion about rooms and other facilities.

Much budget friendly hotel to stay with few hundreds meters walk from Masjid Al Nabvi (Haram) while the approaching gate is for women entrance. Nice breakfast and menu. Ideally preferred for families with younger kids or prawn. There were parking but due to rapid construction and commercial activity might go for changed parking.

It is really amazing and beyond my expectations. It is very neat and clean The rooms are relatively small but furnished with a new classic furniture and carpeted nicely. It's near to the prophet Muhammad mosque. You just take your way through the tunnel which is very close to the hotel and you walk about 200 meters to sayedona Othman Ibn Affan gate ( gate 25 ). The staff of the hotel are very helpful and really professional. When you ask for some thing, the respond fastly. The breakfast is very good and with variable tastes and different types of food.

Advantages: Near to Haram, supermarkets and services. Value for money, cooperative and gentle staff. Disadvantages: No parking available. My room was tiny. Breakfast need more improvements. I recommend this hotel.
