The Egyptian guy the works in the morning and after noon shift that helps with the bags is a thief always ask for money dont seek any help from him

Location and Pricing are really good. The room size and bqsic amenities are there and are in reasonablly good condition though the property is old but upkeep is fine. The only challenge is that all are native speakers so its extremely difficult to communicate or convey anything right from the reception till small cafe they have inside. Also the maintenance staff is just too relaxed and chilled out and response rate is veey slow.

Loved everything about my room, and the view is breathtaking, I wish they have put me in higher floor then the 3rd but I’m still coming back

clean hotel with spacious rooms. All basics are provided. Hotel location is great! almost center of Jeddah, very accessible, close to all major landmarks and other locations, and well serviced with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies ...etc. Only thing is that there is no restaurant in the Hotel, so all meals will have to be arranged. staff are nice and polite too.
