Absolutely the best in town.
- Excellent level of services.
- It was an invitation to the event, the hall was large and spacious.
- The staff is very kind and helpful.
- Food and coffee options are great.
- Easy to access and very well known site.
It is considered a major landmark in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The staff is extremely freindly,,, however the suites are with very old furniture and a bit dusty . Cleaning staff are not perfect. Good location however the hotel needs to be renovated

It's my first time here and definitely not my last, I came here to relax and enjoy my time and you really exceeded my expectations. The costumer service from car valet to reception to the Butler was amazing, especially the Butler service with (Mukhtar) was excellent. He told me about the hotel membership and about the services we can ask the Butler to do, he even offered to give a property tour wich was very good and informative.
Thank you for making my stay comfortable and remarkable, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
