Al Faisalia Mandarin Oriental Hotel is beyond a stunning hotel, a destination on its own. Prime luxury services are granted in this beautiful property since the moment you step out of your car, you are greeted with the best in class personnel in one of the best hospitality settings in Riyadh. The interiors are slick and neat, understated timeless luxury and excellent services at all levels! I was beautifully surprised by this hotel and would wish to return again very soon and stay longer! I was not impressed at all. I was having high expectation for a Mandarin Oriental hotel. - the service is ok not outstanding. - there is no spirit in the hotel. The minimum is to have a nice lobby with flowers and alive ambiance - takes ages for reception to answer calls - breakfast is excellent and concierge service is good - i didnt like rooms smell - location is very good

I have recently had the opportunity to experience The grand iftar buffet at Al Faisaliah hotel and is a true feast for the senses. From the moment you enter the Ramadan Tent, you are greeted with the aroma of delicious food and the sight of multiple buffet counters spread out in front of you. The variety of dishes on offer is truly impressive and will leave you spoilt for choice. One of the standout sections of the buffet is the sushi section, which offers a range of expertly prepared sushi and sashimi. The salad bar is also a highlight, with a range of fresh and healthy options to choose from. The pasta counter is another crowd-pleaser, with a variety of sauces and toppings available to create your own perfect pasta dish. One surprising addition to the buffet this year was the inclusion of Yauatcha, the popular Chinese restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise to see their signature dishes as part of the buffet. Meraki, another great addition. One of my personal favorite sections of the buffet was the cheese counter, which offered a range of international cheeses that paired perfectly with the selection of bread and crackers available. Overall, the grand iftar buffet at Al Faisaliah hotel is an amazing experience that you won't want to miss. The variety of dishes on offer is truly impressive, and the addition of different restaurants like Yauatcha and Meraki is a great touch. If you're looking for an indulgent iftar experience, this is definitely the place to go.

Great service, friendly staff and always helpfull. The area is really nice and clean. Special mention to Sohag from HSK, always active and ready to help. All the staff is genuinely nice, Mouidin, Tapa, Ramkumar, for the few names I can remember. I strongly advise to stay in this accommodation.
