The hotel is fabulous. My butler Suresh is very professional and courteous and is always available. Tariq in the concierge is one of the nicest and most helpful persons I have ever come across. Diane in the lobby lounge always has a welcoming smile and has excellent hospitality management skills. All the Saudi receptionists are excellent. The West should take notice of their professionalism. The rooms and facilities are also second to none. This is by far the best hotel in Riyadh. 10/10.

Mr. Santos is an extremely courteous, helpful, and thoughtful butler and hotel resource. He goes out of his way to focus on customer needs and preferences. I have had a very positive and customer focussed experience with him. This hotel is enriched by such strong resources.

I would like to thank all the hotel staff for an incredible three days in Riyadh. It was a very special trip for me, as I combined my trip to a country that was long time closed to me with my birthday! Thank you very much for the surprise, it was very unexpected and pleasant. It is amazing that butler service is offered to every guest. The room is equipped with many technologies, is light and cozy. Thank you very much to housekeeping for the fact that every time I returned from a walk it was as if in a new room. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is attentive and always ready to help. Thank you very much, I will always remember how I celebrated my 22!

Great location, recently remodeled rooms. But it seems the punch-list is still not signed off by the operator.
It will be great to see the remodeling complete.

Room is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff are all welcoming, very proactive and really engaging. From the staff at the Front Offie, the butlers, room attendants and the team at La Brasserie from chefs to the service team are all AMAZING! You'd really wish all hotel staff are like them.
Food is superb! Our Meeting room is wow and so is the spread during our coffee breaks. I can't think of any flaws. Will definitley stay again once an opportunity to revisit Riyadh comes. Keep it up guys! Overall, it's a great experience!
