Located in the Kingdom tower , and central access to all locations in Riyadh . The hotel does not have balconies , it’s all rooms with windows . The bed is comfortable for a good nights sleep . Room service available 24 hrs .

I’ve been to the hotel a few times and have always got an ok experience, but the last time around was horrible.
Went for their supposedly great Iftar, given the price, but honestly it’s very poor in quality and the service probably on the worst I’ve encountered.
I found a massive piece of grease paper in my dumpling and just wanted to warn one of the managers to give an heads up to the team, as that was quite unacceptable, but also for them to follow their procedures with their H&S officer. For my surprise, during this discussion, I had spoken with several people and it was disturbing how they deal with these situations.
At some point I gave up, as I was just looking to give them an heads up and it became so awkward and sad to see how poorly in a four season, senior management dealt with such a simple situation.
To get a receipt, I had to speak with 5 different people and all except the last (all seniores) were unfortunately not pleasant or helpful.
A full experience ruined for me and my group.

Great room.
The place is nice, close to the hotel and you can still book tour or rent a car to visit the city

Lovely rooms. Food in the restaurant was all excellent. Pool seemed like an after thought though & that area felt fairly uninviting. Lobby area also felt rather soulless, more like an airport or shopping centre.
