The room is clean and nice but needs a bit of renewing, it feels a bit old.
Also, we booked our room through booking and we wanted to add a romantic package for a special occasion, they said you cannot add it through booking! Even though we are going to pay anyway.
After negotiating, they finally agreed. However, I was not impressed with the cake at all it was mostly frosting and fondant and sooo little cake! and the roses were a few and not put in the whole room.
I don't think I will consider this hotel again for a special occasion.

Santosh butler serving my room 344 has done an extraordinary job in not only responding to my ecpectations but also anticipating them . My rating is 10 for surpassing my expectations.

Again another great stay. Even though there is work being undertaken, there was no disruption.
We stayed in the room side this time rather than the suited side and although the butler service is not quite as attentive it was all very good.

Everything was excellent. My butler Santosh was always there and ready to help with anything. One of the best experiences in a hotel.
In addition to the exceptional rooms, the food was also very good at La Brasserie.

A warm welcome from Yousef at the front desk, who took the time to find the best room available and explain the Hotel facilities
