Are Butler Suresh .. was excellent personally and professionally. He was so helpful in arranging things that I liked or wanted. But what makes him different is that he seems to enjoy doing things for others. Extremely polite and respectful.
I have visited this hotel many times, and always have had excellent service. But this visit was very special, because of Suresh .
Excellent service, and all the departments at the hotel.

Amazing experience. Service is outstanding starting with the design, how friendly the team is at the reception, the restaurant, room service and house keeping. Food at the restaurant for sohour was very nice and a lot of varieties, a little heavy but also found grilled options that were very good.
Room is very modern and clean and spacious with high tech at the highest levels.
Loved staying there and looking forward to going back.

Great hospitality at Al Faisalah Hotel. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Prince Sultan Ball Room is great. Came to attend Riyadh Luxury Event Week from May 24 to 27 2022

Had Iftar at the Faisaliah(alfawanes). They catered more than 1000 people and the food was fantastic.
Not sure how they managed the service and food quality. Small queues at each station and the variety of cuisines was excellent. The doubles the areas for no one needed to wait for a long time.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for best catering on a grand scale and care about the quality of the food and service.
Best keep it up … ?
