We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The suite was huge and spacious with all facilities!! The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and electronics! Superb services!! The breakfast was amazing everyday! The staff was polite and friendly. We couldn’t access the pool due to winters but we could access the gym and play area for kids. It was a wonderful experience on the terrace for walks and teatime! During the evenings, it was a magnificent sight!! A picturesque view of the city and the weather made the view more magical!!! The housekeeping services were simply extraordinary!! The seafood buffet was finger licking good and also included an amazing variety of scrumptious desserts!!

Exceptional Service from MDi Al-Amin
During my recent stay at Fraser suites, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from MDi Al-Amin. From the moment I arrived, MDi went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly stood out.
I cannot praise MDi Al-Amin enough for his outstanding hospitality and genuine care for guests. His exemplary service is a testament to the high standards set by Fraser suites, and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. The hotel has never been a 5 star hotel in booked this hotel so my children could go swimming however when we got there the pool was freezing but not just that it was a mess the tiles are all falling off and the rust is running into the pool the decking around the pool is all un even and falling to bits the lobby staff just kept putting me off day by day saying the manager will contact me in the end they had nothing to say.
5 families had this hotel booked for may aswell and we have all cancelled the hotel told us the pool will still not be fixed by then

2.5 Below average at best, this should be listed as an Arabic buffet. You are better off going to Mama Nora for Ful and Shakshuka. There is a limited variety where everything is cold and covered in Arabic seasoning. Not to mention the poor service. I did book this voucher Cobone and it was very disappointing. I highly recommend Centro Olaya by Rotana for a 5-star experience for the same price. To say the least, I was highly disappointed and will not be returning.
