場所と歴史
アラビア語で「広場」を意味するカスルアルムラバとしても知られるムラバ歴史宮殿は、サウジアラビアのリヤドにあります。正確には、リヤドの旧市街から北に2 km、マスマク城から約0.5マイルの場所にあります。
歴史
宮殿は旧市街の城壁の外に建てられた最初の建物であることが知られており、最初は現代のサウジアラビアの創設者として知られているアブドゥルアズィーズ王によって建てられました。建設は1936年に始まり、1945年に終了しました。建設時には、宮殿は王の家族と彼の宮廷の住居として建てられました。今のところ、それは市内の美術館の1つです。

Fab royal palace with amazing car collection, the rolls Royce was given to the king by winston Churchill. It’s free to visit. And there are three parts - the cars, an exhibition and the palace itself which you are free to explore. Highly recommended.

Whether a local or a tourist passing by, this IS the place no one should miss when in Riyadh. It is my 3rd visit at various occasions. The last one was during the winter season during which a selection of fancy restaurants open during Riyadh season 2022.
A walk to remember indeed.
