Great hotel in Olaya, central Riyadh. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Good relaxation facilities (Gym, Pool, hydrotherapy area) and also a nice Business Centre on the 26th floor. We hosted a group of officials here for a meeting and the event staff were very helpful with room setup etc. Food in the hotel (both in the restaurants and their room service was a very good standard and I barely ate outside the hotel!). Rooms were well equipped and there was good WiFi in all the rooms, enough to use for work (but you can’t do WhatsApp WiFi calls). I rented a bike from outside the hotel and the hotel was kind enough to keep this safe for me in the Concierge whilst I wasn’t using it. Hotel is a short stroll from the popular Tahliah Street, which really comes alive after sun down! Nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as lots of luxury shops (Bulgari, Patel Phillipe etc.). I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again!!

We had our Iftar on Monday 18th of march but i’m very disappointed. First of all we booked our reservation from the chefz for 230SAR/ person, I’ve tried their Iftar 2 years ago so I kinda have an idea but what we had today was nothing compared to my experience before, secondly the seating area was outdoor and that wasn’t mentioned in the reservation and when we asked to set inside they said that it’s fully booked by a company, food options were very limited! Specially for this time of the year, most of traditional foods in Ramadan were not available, salads corner had only few options and they didn’t even served dressing for it (i had to ask to bring me some), main course doesn’t include any option for pastas and they only served one type of soup, i can go on and on about the buffet so can you please consider noting the buffet variety in the reservation and whether the main hall is available at the time of booking? I don’t expect to pay full price only to get half of the experience.

Rooms are small but good bathrooms. The hotel policy for charging if arrived before check-in time is not flexible, so either to wait or pay an extra even if your room is ready, no excuses, even for 1 hour before. I had to take a walk for an hour after a long domestic flight or pay EXTRA 600 SAR (150$) to get the room at 12pm
The location is very good. Food is not the best among 5 stars hotels but acceptable.

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. The service and the rooms/meeting spaces couldn't have been better.
I very much enjoyed the breakfast at the 56 Avenue Restaurant. Thank you Othmane Lamine and Rizwan Mohamed and your teams for the high quality of the food and service.
