The hotel is great, unfortunately the staff does it a disservice. We were not given the room we paid for and were told nothing else was available. Our reservation was made 5 months in advance. We spent hours talking to management multiple times and when we finally asked for a refund, magically the proper room was made available...with absolutely no explanation as to why we weren't given the proper room in the first place. Do not waste your time here. The front desk staff is immature and rude.

Amazing experience. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful, nice and professional. I cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast is divine! Room service food is better than any food i’ve had around the surrounding vicinity (I really tried to find something nice).
On our last day here I became very ill and they kindly gave me honey, lemon and salt (which I requested tondo some gargling. What more can you ask for?
Laundry service is great too, perfectly washed and ironed abayas and ihram, would DEFINITELY recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. Thank you for making our first umrah trip memorable for positive reasons!

This review is for Mahmoud Saleh at the دلل نفسك restaurant. He was very pleasant and helpful. I saw his service with other people before he came to my table. He was smiling, welcoming, and offered great service. I had a few questions about Mecca and the hotel and was able to answer them all. He offered assistance and gave me great recommendations. He definitely made me feel good about being there and I’m glad I got to run into him. Thank you for your service, Mahmoud.

Had a great stay at Hilton. Less than 5 minutes walk from Haram. We stayed in a suite for 4 people and room was spacious and clean. Their staff was really good and the food as well. Their breakfast buffet was superb so was the restaurant food. Overall it was a great experience.

Made the wrong choice. It is uphill back to the hotel. Pity the old people with mobility problems. Need to use escalators which is a problem for wheelchair to the road to Masjidil Haram. Shuttle bus is basically useless as the receptionist say.
Customer service is not on par with other Hilton that I have stayed. Courteous but cold.... is it because I am Asian??
The welcome fruit gift was placed on the floor. House keeping was inconsistent.
