Excellent rooms, beautiful view. Keen attention to detail and cleanliness. Friendly, attentive and diligent staff. Location is fair with a good, speedy, timeous shuttle negating a steep hill but a bit of a walk from the main entrance to the Haram (Mataaf area).

Location is absolutely amazing, it’s right by Al Haram, and king Fahad gate is like a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy to go back as well after you finish your Omrah.
There is also a mall with a bunch of great little gift shops in it and multiple restaurants so it is super easy to grab a bite to eat after finishing your Omrah.
The room itself was really nice, we did book a 3 bed room and when we got there they told us that they were out of these rooms and they can only provide us a 2 bed room but provided an extra bed which was decent. And the room was super clean with a partial view of Al Haram.
Service was super fast and efficient! However, there seems to be some kind of technical issues with their key cards. As they randomly stopped working and I noticed this with some other guests throughout my stay as well. So hopefully that gets resolved.
Overall, I really recommend this hotel, super convenient, great service and it is relatively worth what you pay in my opinion.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and clean. The service was great too. We visited in 2018 with my grandmother who was quite frail, and the convenience that it offered was unmatched. We simply would take a lift down to the back lobby and be in a mall, where we could get convenience items and food. A few steps from the lift, we'd be on the street, which we'd cross easily and then set foot on the mataaf. The convenience that this offered us was amazing. The breakfast at the hotel was incredible, with a huge variety of items. This was one of my favourite hotel experiences.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were not only lovely but also impeccably tidy and clean, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit every palate. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Additionally, its close proximity to the mosque was incredibly convenient for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

This is one of my best hotel selection in Mecca. Great stuff, nice location, very clean room, gym and excellent breakfast package. All needed shops are near by hotel. Thanks the entire hotel stuff and management.
