Rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The best thing was breakfast as it had a variety for adults and children. The pastries were so yummy. Definitely will come a again!!

The hotel is excellent, rooms are very neat and clean. my Suite was luxurious and beds were very comfortable. The Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Location is awesome except a small stretch of uphill for the elderly which is covered by Bus trip. Breakfast was very tasty and had lots of variety. overall value for money.

Very nice rooms and reception, and room service. Cleaning staff was cutting corners and we had to ask them to refill items or bring missing items. Climbing jabl Omar is bit demanding but if you are fit it should be easy. Not recommended for people with wheel chair or elderly as even shuttle service will drop you on the hill. Breakfast was good with wide variety.

Same breakfast everyday, the chef didn't know how to cook that’s why everyday is the same menu. The location not suitable for senior citizen, no wheelchair you can borrow from the hotel before they can’t afford to have one except keep offering the damage one! The hotel located on the uphill no proper access for wheelchair and stroller. The ridiculous part no elevator to Haram. The shuttle bus not play a good part because they only send u in the middle way and still old people need to climb the steep hills. The cleanliness failed especially near to the window. This hotel not soundproof you can listen people honk from the hotel room every seconds. These comments are honour from myself. Don’t waste your money staying here please choose Hilton Suite because this hotel not even have Hilton Quality. Sincere from Silver Elite Honors!

Great staff and service. Everyone was really friendly. The rooms had great facilities and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was especially good, really wide range of foods available - all fresh. Special thanks to Ricky from Al-Mustafa inside the hotel, he was so kind and friendly. Great customer service goes a long way. Also a worker at the Cafe was so helpful. Food at the Cafe is also very nice. Will definitely recommend to book this hotel. Alhamdullilah!
