Wonderful hotel very close to the Haram. Service was excellent in every regard. Highly recommend the breakfast here. The food is amazing and the staff are super helpful and kind. Riaz was the nicest server, really making sure we were well fed every morning.

Nice and spacious suite, they also provided a crib for my daughter. They gave me a Omra guide on request and they also have wheelchairs on demand. The location is good too but not overlooking Kaaba. Excellent service by Islam in the lounge who was very professional and hospitable and the food at dinner time was good too unlike the afternoon time.

My visit at the hotel was for 3 days and to be precise the view of the room was fantastic; we can go towards haram from the hotel itself on foot and there was not much issue with the room. The chick in procedure could take a while as for some new guests should confirm about parking is included in there stay or not. One thing that they should have done is there was no security guard to guide for parking in basement and there is a slope at the parking entrance which whole entering during the day is not much visible, I would like if the hotel came with a solution for that. Apart from one or 2 issues the rest of my stay was good.

Very beautiful hotel with spacious room. Complimentary dinners were fantastic. Breakfast was perfect, the staff were very very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Great service❤️❤️❤️??

The walk back to the hotel is a little taxing as it's uphill. The shuttle doesn't take you all the way to the bottom. The hospitality and service is outstanding. Despite it not being in close proximity as other Hilton hotels to Haram, the service has definitely made up for that.
Afternoon lounge snacks were extremely limited . Dinner was top notch.
