Very clean hotel and stay was comfortable. The service you get for the price you pay was excellent as well. Special thanks to our room attendant Abdul Motin Fakir who took care of all our special requests and cleaning.

This is our second visit to Hilton Makkah Convention and was just as superb. Check in was smooth and quick with great welcome. As soon as we entered the room, we were made to feel so welcomed with personalized greetings note along with fruit baskets, dates sweets and Arabic coffee. We felt, so comfortable by just entering. Breakfast was amazing and there is special section for Hilton Honors and privileged services were provided. Food again beautiful with huge number of selection, live menu and so many choices. The toiletries' were provided in toilet with great quality. We received the call to check the additional requirement. Totally fantastic and nothing I’ve experienced anywhere else. I should mention the fact that the hotel checkout was superb, the duty Manager Amr greets us and asked about the stay. Overall it was wonderful experience and services from Hilton.

Staff kindly brought forward our check-in time. Situated close to Haram and other shops and amenities. Room was clean and spacious. Definitely will think of staying again. Staff were lovely.

Location is close to Haram, which is amazing, specially if you go in summer months or with little children or elderly. Lifts were quick to take us up and down. Breakfast was wholesome with a-lot of different options each day. I would recommend the hotel to keep fragrance free soap for pilgrims as once in ahram you cannot use anything scented. Also the view is amazing so don’t shy away from taking a higher floor.

Couldn’t have asked for more honestly. Excellent place, excellent room and excellent staff & services. Worth every riyal spent. We stayed for 8 days and really happy with the experience. Breakfast was amazing. The only difficult thing is it’s built on a small hill. So it’s a bit difficult to get there after your prayers and activities. But that’s not too big of a problem. Would definitely recommend
