The hotel was very nice, it’s near the Haram but the problem with the location is that it’s up a mountain so walking from and to the Haram is very painful. They provide 24/7 shuttles to the Haram and golf carts in the morning. The staff were very polite and welcoming.

Booked hotel months in advance and everything was fine. One day before the flight the hotel requested payment so we added a card online. They rejected our card twice because of a silly reason. Turns out they overbooked and needed an excuse to cancel our reservation because we called the hotel directly to clarify the problem. Staff were very unhelpful and kept making different excuses. Very unprofessional!

We recently stayed here a family of five and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, room service and food quality was fantastic.
Our allocated cleaner Ahad gave us outstanding service. He cleaned the room diligently and arrived on time every day as well as always stocking our room with ample room supplies.

Our stay at Marriott Jabal Omar was great. The staff were excellent, the rooms were very good and spacious. The service is superior to other hotels in the area. I have to thank everyone there specifically the ladies at the reception area and the room service, for their hospitality and great service. Special thank you for Mr. SHAON for his help. May Allah bless them all.
