The rooms are nice with enough space for a family of 5 people. In addition, our deluxe view room also has a view of the Grand Mosque so that we can monitor the situation to make sure whether the call to prayer has been called or not. According to my family this room is perfect. The hotel service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, especially the Falafel which has a savory taste. In the afternoon and evening, we went to the lounge for Afternoon Tea and dinner. The dinner is very good, especially if there is rice. For the distance to the mosque, it is close but too uphill so the feet get sore easily. Basically, it's the best here!

It was a gorgeous and adorable place very near to the Holy Mosque. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with the speaker installed in the ceiling and we were informed punctually about the times of the prayers ( with the adhan). The Holy Mosque was just few minutes walking distance away and even prayers could be performed in the room with the imam of the Holy Mosque.

It was a nice experience, The hotel is clean , nice and quiet.
Near to holy mosque 7 minutes on foot.
Buses are available 24 hours.
Special thanks to the great duty manager Hanan Al Harbi , she was kind and supportive for us.

The room was good and clean. The staff were helpful, but the process of check in takes a long time. The way of going to Haram from the hotel doesn’t support using stroller or wheelchair because there is only an escalator that takes you down, but there is no elevator. The breakfast was horrible. The food was not tasty and not nice at all. Very limited types were provided. The area of the breakfast was not fancy at all.

The Best Among Equal, Great Hospitality at International standard.
The finest interior of all and state of the art security system. Elegantly elevated at Jabal Omar creates an unforgettable ambience.
