diamond member will get very poor service. I would challenge anyone to call reception and see if they respond. if you book your reservation and you need to call reception no one will answer your call, basically you are on your own. by the way no one will answer your email. sure I know you are busy but respond to your emails/calls. hire more people. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone. next door hotel is much better and the reviews reflects that.

Excellent reception and check-in experience. Poor response to room-service requests although top-level apologies received subsequently. Surprisingly had a luggage that got missing! Well located and prompt shuttle service

Nice hotel. Pretty comfortable. Pretty good location. They have shuttle service 24 hrs to pick-up/dropoff 24 hrs. We had dinner at their restaurant. Was not worth it. Don't recommend dining.

Had an amazing experience at Hilton hotel this Ramadan. The rooms were very clean and always tidy. The service was exceptional especially the housekeeping department with lots of help received from Mariam. She took great care to assist with our needs and ensured all public spaces such as the masjid were well attended. The food at Al Mustafa offered great options to choose from.
Overall best stay and would recommend 100%

I am writing this review to express how disappointed I am. We booked an executive room for four nights a month ago, but unfortunately had to check out after staying for the first night. We had paid for the four nights in advance, and when we asked for a refund of the three nights, we were promised that the amount will be credited to our account within three weeks, but so far it has not, and after several attempts to contact the hotel, I decided to leave my review here in the hope that someone will read this and give us back our refund. We were initially very happy and grateful that the hotel would consider a refund, but are now very disappointed that they are completely ignoring our request. Had we known that this was going to happen, we would have stayed the entire four nights, because the money is not a negligible amount. I still have hope that someone will read this and take action. Thank you.
