Had a great stay at Hilton. Less than 5 minutes walk from Haram. We stayed in a suite for 4 people and room was spacious and clean. Their staff was really good and the food as well. Their breakfast buffet was superb so was the restaurant food. Overall it was a great experience.

Made the wrong choice. It is uphill back to the hotel. Pity the old people with mobility problems. Need to use escalators which is a problem for wheelchair to the road to Masjidil Haram. Shuttle bus is basically useless as the receptionist say. Customer service is not on par with other Hilton that I have stayed. Courteous but cold.... is it because I am Asian?? The welcome fruit gift was placed on the floor. House keeping was inconsistent.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms could use some work. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Haram, but it's a brutal uphill climb when you're walking back to the hotel. There should be a bridge/overpass to make access easier. The dinner buffet at the restaurant is overpriced at about $50 per person. Breakfast buffet was included and was pretty good. Staff is nice and friendly.

Wonderful place with great service everyone in the hotel was very generous. Me and my family arrived late night and they didn't make us wait in lobby. Enjoyed leaving and would recommend everyone

I stayed at the Hilton convention in September 2023. This hotel is very close to Haram Mosque and easily accessible. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful views of the Masjid. Staff are extremely helpful, and especially Abdullah Rahman, who made our stay extremely delightful with cleaning every day and did not disturb us until we requested his service. Reception staff and security are very helpful. Did not try any breakfast or dinner as it was overpriced. The location is excellent. Will definitely book here again, and I wish the package for food and room could be made cheaper as they are losing a lot of customers to the malls next door. Laundry service is overpriced and cheaper outside. Only complaint is that there are many beggars who are sat outside the hotel and I felt sad all the time seeing 3 year old children sat on pavements coming into the hotel in sweltering heat asking for money along with men and women who were there for our entire stay of 8 days. The taxis are outside the hotel and are cheap but can be cheaper if you have a minute to haggle. The windows do their job to keep sounding out, and prayers can be joined in from the hotel as there is a speaker inside every room and a mosque on the 3rd floor, which is beautiful. Will definitely return here, and I would recommend this hotel.
