Le Four Points by Sheraton Hotel est le meilleur des hôtels de La Mecque.Le Four Point Sheraton est à 10 km de Masjid al-Haram, la Grande Mosquée de La Mecque et à 2 minutes à pied de la mosquée Aisha Al Rajhi.Ils disposent d'un coin salon avec des canapés ; Les suites à 1 et 2 chambres comprennent une salle de séjour et un espace repas. Des chambres familiales sont disponibles et il y a un service d'étage 24h/24.Il y a un restaurant décontracté, ainsi qu'une salle de sport ouverte 24h/24 qui dispose d'espaces séparés pour les hommes et les femmes.Ils prennent le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner.L'atmosphère est très agréable et le coin salon est confortable. We are so fortunate to have this hotel just a few minutes drive away from masjid al-haram. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. And also the food is absolutely amazing.

What a great experience throughout from the moment i entered this hotel. I had previously stayed in hotels near by haram but this was by far a much better and comfortable experience. After a long 20 hour plus journey, i arrived around noon time at the front desk for check in. Regular check in time was 16:00, but without asking me to wait or no rooms available, i got my room key card in 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk reception were very kind, helpful and pleasant!! The room was very clean, neat and well maintained. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to and from the haram shareef. Shuttle bus run every hour. I would highly recommend this hotel if you prefer comfort, good service and above all at a very reasonable price.

Lovely staff , good amenities and beautiful interior. Loved my stay in this hotel and I'd recommend this place. They have a free shuttle bus service to the haram once every hour pick up and drop off. The room service , restaurant and laundry was reasonable compared to other hotels.

Hotel is not bad, location is bad, service is so bad, bus to go to the haram and back to the hotel worst thing in the trip so far, lastly you have to miss prayers at Haram if you want to join diner at the hotel- very short time for dinner. Food variety not enough for people coming for different nationalities- spend couple of days in different hotel which they 3 chiefs and 3 different kitchens. Again bus is the Worst thing!!!! Dinner time is the second worst thing - no consideration for prayers time whatsoever!!! Advice - never choose the hotel if you are from out of Suadi Arabia and want to pray at Haram most of the prayer is not all - otherwise if you choose such Hotel and location you will be missing most of prayer in the haram and it will be just a vacation plus you will have hard time in the transportation and also spend too much money in taxi to go to the Haram and come back. Employees not well trained and not returning call when they promised. One week so far in the hotel and still have reservation for more couple of days. I will update if there is something difference.
