Great place to stay. Room: Great size and nicely kept rooms. Service: No complains. Room service was made available anytime when requested. Location: Nearly 20 minutes away from Haram. There is a grocery store (Danube) and Rajhi mosque at the location. Very convenient for visitors. Shuttle Bus: Every hour there is a shuttle bus which go to Haram. Stop is at Ajyad Bus Terminal. Bus may leave earlier from Hotel depending on Prayer time. Always check at reception if you plan to leave around prayer time. A. Generally, bus drop passengers @Ajyad bus terminal and stops only for 1/2 minutes to pickup passengers, coming back to hotel. So, when the passengers getting off, hop in the bus and do not wait. B. There are three hotel in the same location. So, take advantge of other hotel shuttle service as well (Millenium, Park Inn) etc especially when coming back to hotel from Haram. If you see, Milenium/ Park inn bus available. Get in and reach to your hotel. May ALLAH qabool all our ibadaat/ prayers and bless us all.

Room and breakfast was perfect. But the staff at reception is very unfriendly and rude. They need to be trained again how to deal with the guest. Rest all the staff and service was good ?

This hotel felt like home for me. It’s super close to a market and a mosque which is honestly perfect after performing umrah. The shuttle bus is super reliable I didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins which is a huge bonus. The rooms were nice although the washroom kind of felt old. Besides that the hotel was luxurious in every other aspect. Housekeeping staff were amazing too. Id definitely stay here again.

Dont like the reception, no smile. Waited for 20mins for the concierge to pick up our luggage. The room air-conditioning is very loud, very irritating to get a sleep. The sink in the bathroom clogged. The double lock for the room door need repair. The room look clean but it has a musty smell. Stayed for the 2 nights, second day room was not tidy up. We was told the shuttle bus going to haram got caught in traffic jam, we were asked to take taxi but what we saw is that all the way to haram road was clear. We clearly can see neighbouring hotels shuttle bus are operating. One of the reason we chose the hotel because it says shuttle bus to haram available.
