Good strategic location for Hajj performance. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is well trained. Ambience is great. Rooms are not spacious, Attached baths are very small, Food is average Buffet included in room fare is average.

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC we had done our booking via booking.com. At the reception the lady was able to locate our booking, but we were told there were no rooms available. Went to the supervisor, he took alot of time locating our booking, finally told us to go to the counter then finally we got our rooms. The room was neat and clean. Although some amenities were missing which we requested from housekeeping. Come next morning, went for breakfast, very limited choice, food was not being replenished promptly, had to complain to the duty manager. We requested our room to be cleaned while we were out for some 7 hours, upon return, saw nothing had been done. Folks do not come to this hotel,you would regret it.

Great place. It was clean, quiet, orderly and close to the mountains, what else will u look for in a hotel. You have got Danube grocery right north of the building, you got a beautiful melodious mosque next up, and a very courteous staff. I go Makkah again, this is where I'll stay.

Room is good in size, clean , bed is comfortable. Available parking nice view. There breakfast buffet is excellent. The food even in room service is too good.staff are very humble and cooperative.

Excellent place in Makkah. Clean rooms. It’s like more than 10 minutes away from الكعبة but there are buses available every hour. Excellent location, many restaurants and parks nearby. Totally worth another visit
