One of the best Chinese vegetable fried rice have had outside my country was in their restaurant in Saudi. Really a nice stay, although the hotel need uplifting

It was much needed rest/break after Hajj. Very peaceful and spacious hotel with less crowd. Location is also peaceful and there a beautiful masjid nearby called Al Rajhi Mosque. There is also Denube grocery store nearby. There are also cafes nearby including Starbucks. The room was very comfortable and we had a really good sleep. We ordered room service for lunch and food quality and taste really needs to be improved. There were many items in breakfast but the taste was average. The restaurant is really nice with big wide windows with nice view. The hotel itself is really nice and you don't feel like leaving. I really wanted to stay longer.

Staff are very friendly and professional and I would give them all 10/10, in particular especial thank to Ms Rahad - receptionist. However, I was disappointed from my room. My original booking was a room with city view but was given a room like a prison. I didn't like the room at all. The room was quiet big and clean and had everything you need apart from Iron which I had to ask for. The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a big mosque and supermarket but it's too far from the Haram. The hotel has a free shuttle which runs every hour from hotel to a bus which takes you to the Haram. This is not good enough and I believe it should run every 15 - 30 min. After long hours doing Tawaf and Saai you need every minute to rest and get to your bed and not waiting an hour in a dusty and noisy area waiting for this shuttle. Breakfast: paying at hotel is cheaper. Quality is average but below 5* elsewhere -just to mention some: pastries not fresh and not tasty at all. Poor coffee quality- just like water. But there are nice dishes and hope with small improvements this hotel will provide service. This comment is based on my regular travelling experiences and having diamond membership with hilton and platinum with IHG

Great clean hotel with brilliant facilities. Stayed here in Ramadhan 2023 and the hotel was quite peaceful and well organised. The shuttle service is fantastic and there is always a coach when you need it at both ends. Rooms were big and modern. AC worked perfectly and the curtains were black out!
