Le restaurant Lotus est l'un des meilleurs restaurants de La Mecque et le restaurant Lotus se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Millennium qui est un hôtel 5 étoiles à La Mecque. Ce gratte-ciel se trouve à 11 km du célèbre puits de Zamzam, de la porte d'Al Salam et de la grande mosquée Masjid al-Haram. Bel hôtel avec une belle décoration de nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir dans le hall. Les chambres et suites chics disposent d'un accès Wi-Fi gratuit, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un minibar, d'un coffre-fort et d'un nécessaire à thé et café. L'ensemble de l'hôtel avait une très belle esthétique et les chambres étaient très confortables. Certaines disposent d'une cuisine, d'un espace repas et/ou d'un espace de vie séparé.

Restaurants, un café et un espace événementiel. Un petit-déjeuner buffet est disponible. Au petit-déjeuner, ils ont des salades, des fruits, du café, des jus de fruits, du thé, des saucisses, du fou, du pain, des gâteaux, des œufs et de nombreux plats à manger. La décoration est magnifique. Le restaurant Lotus est situé au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel Millennium, Ibrahim Al Khalil ST, La Mecque.

we came here yesterday to stay for 11 days on Macca and millennium. Hotel room was very small for three people. It’s for two people room which one they converted into three bedroom you hardly move around. bathroom also is not good water leaking it look five star hotel room s is two star shuttle bus service they say on website take you 5 to 10 minutes. It took us 45 minutes to get there and coming back. Nearly 50 minutes is my first, and last time I’m going to stay in this hotel I went to talk to the manager he say all the room size the same if you rely on their shuttle system, you going to miss all the prayers they sitting here just making money nothing else

I was here alone for Umra. It was comfortable for me alone. But the beds are very small, not enough lightning in the room, could hear the noises from the next door room very easily and from the hallway. I would say it’s comfortable for a short stay like 1-2 days only.

The cooperative staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with both early check-in and late check-out. The suite was of a good size. he rooms require maintenance as both the phone and safe box were not functioning. The restaurant during breakfast was overcrowded, chaotic, and lacked an adequate number of serving staff. Tables were unclean, the buffet was disorganized, and the variety of food options was limited. The hotel lobby was crowded, noisy, and not well-maintained. Transportation to the Haram was inconvenient, with infrequent services occurring only once every hour.

I wish I give them 6 stars reviews.I am still staying at the hotel. I usually don’t like to review but but but giving 5 stars to M Millennium hotel because I have lot of following reasons. 1)very warm welcome from hotel staff at 2am check in.our flight was late from USA I was wondering maybe they will not give me check in but no issue. 2)Bus shuttle service was great always available no issue 3)I don’t know but someone was calling almost everyday to make sure our stay is good 4)they clean my room everyday What else?stop complaining peoples it’s human nature to complain for nothing. 6 stars from me. Thanks M Millennium team.

Zero customer service. I reserved through a third party and then when I arrived the hotel said they don't accept reservations from that party anymore. I called the party to resolve the issue, when they called the hotel, they didn't answer their call. At least 5 agents of the third party tried but without any answer. I stayed there making calls with the 3rd party, they could relocate me after the hotel's confirmation that they don't have my reservation, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't answer their calls. I'm sure they did it intentionally because they did have the reservation. Btw, when I called the 3rd party about this issue, they made another reservation for me through another company and sent me the confirmation number, I went to the hotel's front desk and showed them the confirmation number, they said no reservation exists with that number and started whispering with each other. I don't want anyone else to suffer with this hotel like I did, so I don't recommend. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم.
