Le Four Points by Sheraton Hotel est le meilleur des hôtels de La Mecque.Le Four Point Sheraton est à 10 km de Masjid al-Haram, la Grande Mosquée de La Mecque et à 2 minutes à pied de la mosquée Aisha Al Rajhi.Ils disposent d'un coin salon avec des canapés ; Les suites à 1 et 2 chambres comprennent une salle de séjour et un espace repas. I stayed for a day and was the travelling back to Riyadh the day after; I had a fantastic experience with my wife, I’d like to thank the Saudi gentleman who helped with check-in and giving us a spacious room with a balcony view. Breakfast was delicious and has a variety of options. The hotel is located in a luxurious area and about 15mins away from Al Haram.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. The staff is extremely understanding and cooperative. Front desk staff is amazing. Truly, a really good hotel. The duty manager was great aswell. Shuttle bus runs every hour. Housekeeping everyday. It’s in a really good area and there is a beautiful mosque nearby.

I really wanted to give it a higher rating. But a few things have happened with me that stopped me from giving them higher rating. The main thing was not recognizing my Marriott status, specially in accommodating early Check-In. While I know I’m Ramadan things can be busy, but they had availability and they were not quick trying to help. Another issue is the old nature of some of the amenities. For example, the phone in the room was touchy, the cord was making noises whenever I move my hand lightly. The sink was blocked and I had to ask for a plumber. I ordered $12 Arabic coffee pot in the lobby coffee shop, only to discover that the pot with not working, so I opened it, only to discover mold inside the pot (delah). From the good size of things they did send me a fruit and kunfeh welcome gift, which was nice. But nothing can compensate for not being able to upgrade my room, which is relatively small and overlook other rooms, not a nice view.

Beautiful hotel with amazing buffet, but the meals are not included in the price. I booked this place for 2 reasons. It said it had a pool. It was not open due to maintenance, and it has a 24-hour shuttle to the haram. You have to take 2 shuttle buses. Beware, when boarding the second bus their are locals posted nearby swindling people for money to board. It is free

Everything was excellent except for the shuttle bus service, the location is faraway from Haram and the shuttle bus was there to take us to the Haram but when returning it didn’t show up and we took the bus of the neighbour hotel to return back, the shuttle bus service needs to be improved to overcome the faraway location. Other than that the room was teddy and clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was excellent and warm.
