This hotel felt like home for me. It’s super close to a market and a mosque which is honestly perfect after performing umrah. The shuttle bus is super reliable I didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins which is a huge bonus. The rooms were nice although the washroom kind of felt old. Besides that the hotel was luxurious in every other aspect. Housekeeping staff were amazing too. Id definitely stay here again.

Dont like the reception, no smile.
Waited for 20mins for the concierge to pick up our luggage.
The room air-conditioning is very loud, very irritating to get a sleep.
The sink in the bathroom clogged.
The double lock for the room door need repair.
The room look clean but it has a musty smell.
Stayed for the 2 nights, second day room was not tidy up.
We was told the shuttle bus going to haram got caught in traffic jam, we were asked to take taxi but what we saw is that all the way to haram road was clear. We clearly can see neighbouring hotels shuttle bus are operating. One of the reason we chose the hotel because it says shuttle bus to haram available.

One of the best Chinese vegetable fried rice have had outside my country was in their restaurant in Saudi. Really a nice stay, although the hotel need uplifting

Thanks a lot for all the hotel staff . They are very nice, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot to Shahinda .She is always the best. Breakfast is good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
