Worse customer experience ever for a 4 star hotel . Locations is very bad . I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Novotel Suites in Riyadh, and my overall impression of the hotel falls short of expectations for a 4-star establishment. While the hotel boasts a convenient location and some positive aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the lackluster ambiance of the lobby. The decor appeared dated and in need of a refresh. The rooms, while spacious, were showing signs of wear and tear. The furnishings looked tired, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom, in particular, could benefit from a thorough cleaning and modernization. The amenities provided were basic, and the overall attention to detail was lacking. Another area where Novotel Suites Riyadh fell short was in its dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a limited menu, and the quality of the food did not match the prices. There are far better dining options available in the vicinity, making it difficult to justify eating at the hotel. In conclusion, Novotel Suites Riyadh provides a mediocre accommodation experience at best. With a much-needed update to its facilities, improved customer service, and a focus on enhancing the overall guest experience, it has the potential to live up to its 4-star rating. Until then, I would recommend exploring other options in the area for a more satisfying stay.

I have been stayed at this hotel 3 nights, it’s excellent location, clean rooms, great staff and very friendly, I recommend this property

I'm really flabbergasted that this place is supposedly a 4 star hotel. It's 2 star at best. It doesn't have a restaurant - more a canteen that serves mediocre breakfast and lunch only (no dinner). Hot drinks are limited to instant coffee and tea, with a very limited selection of food. I've seen better reception desks in apartments. The staff are utterly depressed and untrained, however very eager to help, so they can't be blamed. I'd have no issues if this hotel advertised as a 2 or 3 stars, as your expectations would be managed, hence the 1 star review as its completely misleading.

The worst hotel I have ever been to!! Dirty, outdated, people who work there are rude and not professional. Never in my life I stayed in a bad hotel like this one. Never again. Please stay at any other place but don’t waste your money on this one.
