I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Novotel Suites in Riyadh, and my overall impression of the hotel falls short of expectations for a 4-star establishment. While the hotel boasts a convenient location and some positive aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Upon entering the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the lackluster ambiance of the lobby. The decor appeared dated and in need of a refresh.
The rooms, while spacious, were showing signs of wear and tear. The furnishings looked tired, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom, in particular, could benefit from a thorough cleaning and modernization. The amenities provided were basic, and the overall attention to detail was lacking.
