Millennia Olaya Hotel

I booked an executive suite for my recent stay. The room was very large; however, was not clean. The toilet had urine all over it. I had to take a picture to show to reception. This was disgusting. The TV in the room is large but does not work. The shower is in the corner of the bedroom in a small jacuzzi box that looks totally out of place. I tried their mixed grill for dinner, the chicken cream soup was ok, the mixed grill was very hard and cannot be eaten, let alone the humus that does not taste good either. I tried the breakfast as well, it was buffet style. Every thing on the buffet was so scarce as we are in a famine. I asked the service person to get me orange juice and he pointed me to flavored sugar drinks which I passed. I asked him for a tea and he pointed to a corner to make my own, To sum it up, poor service, poor food and poor service and unhygienic room. I strongly recommend to the owner to look closely into improving it before running out of business as the location has lots of potential to make it thrive.

I dont recommend it at all No outdoor comfy nice place. The bathrooms smell is so bad. Hosting is hell, they know nothing about hospitality. The room view is horrible. Breakfast was so bad in terms of quality and taste. However the room was so bug this is the only good thing in the whole experience

Good spacious rooms at an excellent location. Breakfast is good too. Overall, decent place.

Bad experience over all , the host collected from me an insurance deposit ( first time to faced in any place to deposit insurance for 2 nights reservation) When i made a reservation i chose room for smoking but when i came they told me smoking not allowed No parking also in very crowded area Over price for bad experience
