The hotel is pretty decent although there should be more quality breakfast for the amount being paid. The cleaners should be more sensitive with regards to the things to be in a room if the guest are staying for a long period.

. I arrived a bit flight an i were expected Concierge to be 24hrs.it took 20 minutes for concierge arrive. He were having a nap. Rooms are outdated and spa facilities are not well maintained.not worth money as were quite expensive compared to other one

Don't understand this hotel carries Novotel logo.
2star at best, chaotic organization, driver at airport didn't show up, bill was not correct, breakfast very basic.
Just not acceptable.
Won't stay here again and will impact my decision to stay in any Novotel worldwide.

Bad, Worse, Worst - Never Ever in my Business Trips of 13 years have I lived in such a NASTY PLACE.
STAFF - Horror'ible !!! I wonder if they are paid !!!
Etiquette - They don't know the word meaning
Location - Good
Neatness - Dirty
STAFF USE Curses among themselves in front of the customers
OMG - STAR, please forgive me, I never meant to give 1 star as they deserve it; it's just to submit this post... what a mistake !!!

It's look with no star hotel
Sheets and covers like buying from after market
Also the towel
Bad smell in the reciption room and corridor
They use nice pics in the internet
But in real nothing same
The price very high compared with the Services and hotel quality
We find arotten Appel under the sofa
Mayy it's form years ago
I don't advice to reserve it
We got tricked
