It's a very bad experience... Never in my business or vacation trips have I lived in such a nastily nasty place like this. I will give it 1 star because the location is very accessible to the market and restaurants. Neatness -- Dirty Because it is an old hotel, the cleanliness suffers as a result of its age. need some serious refurbishing. What a mistake!

I recommend Novotel and its employees to everyone and led by the manager to yhe management in the proper and professional handling of the bussiness. this, Thank you Manager, Thank you Maria for the general service ?

Stayed almost three weeks. It's a prime location just in front of the Kingdom tower. The staff's behaviour is very nice. You will have a delicious breakfast also.

The worst Novotel experience I have had.
Rooms are worn out. Dirty. Smelly.
AC is loud.
Hotel staff were not straight forward.
If you can avoid this hotel, DO IT.
If there’s no place left to stay in Riyadh, still don’t use this hotel.
