Le Four Points by Sheraton Hotel est le meilleur des hôtels de La Mecque.Le Four Point Sheraton est à 10 km de Masjid al-Haram, la Grande Mosquée de La Mecque et à 2 minutes à pied de la mosquée Aisha Al Rajhi.Ils disposent d'un coin salon avec des canapés ; Les suites à 1 et 2 chambres comprennent une salle de séjour et un espace repas. Lovely staff , good amenities and beautiful interior. Loved my stay in this hotel and I'd recommend this place. They have a free shuttle bus service to the haram once every hour pick up and drop off. The room service , restaurant and laundry was reasonable compared to other hotels.

The services are excellent, the cleanliness is very excellent. The staff are friendly. The ease of entry and exit procedures is not very far from the Haram, and there are also buses that shuttle from and to the Haram. Of course, I will revisit

Hotel is not bad, location is bad, service is so bad, bus to go to the haram and back to the hotel worst thing in the trip so far, lastly you have to miss prayers at Haram if you want to join diner at the hotel- very short time for dinner. Food variety not enough for people coming for different nationalities- spend couple of days in different hotel which they 3 chiefs and 3 different kitchens. Again bus is the Worst thing!!!! Dinner time is the second worst thing - no consideration for prayers time whatsoever!!! Advice - never choose the hotel if you are from out of Suadi Arabia and want to pray at Haram most of the prayer is not all - otherwise if you choose such Hotel and location you will be missing most of prayer in the haram and it will be just a vacation plus you will have hard time in the transportation and also spend too much money in taxi to go to the Haram and come back. Employees not well trained and not returning call when they promised. One week so far in the hotel and still have reservation for more couple of days. I will update if there is something difference.

Good strategic location for Hajj performance. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is well trained. Ambience is great. Rooms are not spacious, Attached baths are very small, Food is average Buffet included in room fare is average.

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC we had done our booking via booking.com. At the reception the lady was able to locate our booking, but we were told there were no rooms available. Went to the supervisor, he took alot of time locating our booking, finally told us to go to the counter then finally we got our rooms. The room was neat and clean. Although some amenities were missing which we requested from housekeeping. Come next morning, went for breakfast, very limited choice, food was not being replenished promptly, had to complain to the duty manager. We requested our room to be cleaned while we were out for some 7 hours, upon return, saw nothing had been done. Folks do not come to this hotel,you would regret it.
