Great view especially in the city view room, the location are accessible and in all the area, the staff are friendly the services are exceptional Kiddos also the housekeeping team who always provide great service especially to the supervisors Mr Rey and Mr Mark always giving good and friendly service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at voco Riyadh and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby itself was elegant and beautifully designed, reflecting a blend of modern aesthetics with traditional charm. I had the pleasure of trying out the buffet at one of the restaurants and the quality and variety of the dishes were truly impressive. They were attentive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I came here for a birthday vacation last year.. the staff who attended to us at the reception dealt with us professionally and was quick to answer the many questions I had. We also received an upgrade due to availability. The room was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and exactly as described upon booking. There is a coffee machine in the room, tea/coffee which gets topped up daily. The cleaners would come at a time suitable to me. They also set up some healthy snacks in the room, perfect for when you need a midnight snack! room service we're quick to answer and we're very helpful. Cannot comment on the gym, as I didn't get time to try it out. For breakfast there was quite a variety of foods and drinks available. Unfortunately, I didn't make the most of it. There was also a parking lott with the hotel, which was so convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

5 ⭐ hotel. The premium room is exquisite, rhe staffs are polite and the executive lounge is just perfect. Although stayed for official visits, always had a great time with colleagues. The gym is top notch. State of the art equipment along with provisions. I will only book Voco when I am in Riyadh

Worst hotel experience of my parents lives. The food was so horrible many people were getting sick just from not being able to eat it. When anyone complained they claimed we should bring up our issues with them with Nusuk. They claim no responsibility for their cleanliness or even for the fact they failed to provide working AC in the hotel rooms and they even had the audacity to claim the food was good. If I could offer zero stars I would. They claim .9miles from Haram. However they are misleading the facts by stating it like this. Haram is the area they are referring to. The actual location of the Haram is much much further. I hope anyone seeing this can see the foreboding warning here. They are 4 stars only because they are a newer hotel. They need a ton more work. By my estimation they are more likely a 1 or 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star hotel. (This stay was for Hajj)
