Friendly staff. Specially thanks for Ms. Renad from the front office.
There is a pool table at the lobby nice for relaxing with friends.
Haven’t seen the gym unfortunaly during my short stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a five star hotel.

First off, the hotel is beautiful and rooms are fantastic. Stylish, new hotel situated in a great location. My issue with this hotel is what is either dishonesty or incompetence of the finance office. I stayed there for one night in November while on business. The reservation was made by my company and was being paid for by the company. On check-in I was asked for my personal CC for incidentals, which is normal. On departure, the rooms (there were several of us) were all paid by the company rep that was with us. After departure, however, I was also charged in full for the room on my personal CC. When contacted about the error, the hotel claimed that I "no-showed" when I was obviously there. To date, no amount of discussion with the hotel between myself or the company has been able to convince them otherwise.

I stayed here before so this is my second time. Honestly I was a bit disappointed. I had my family with me and I booked two rooms. They couldn't find adjacent rooms so they gave us rooms close to each other but the view was disappointing. The service was great. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

Always have my breakfast here and the general atmosphere of the restaurant is one that is very relaxed and comfortable with good food and specially wonderful staff . Ahmed Nopy is ultra accommodating, friendly and ever helpful. Highly recommend it for you to try. And come
