If I had a Zero star ? I would rate them.
The experience of checking in, hotel staff in the reception till the room itself was the worst.
There is no understanding of hostpality, welcoming guests, or common courtesy. The rooms and corridor reeked of smell. Font let the lobby fragrance fool you. The rooms are build with bad quality, and you can hear all the construction ?, roads traffic, and noise from ac outside via the window ? . It is like thin walls.
I had to go back and forth 3 times to reception to fix the room access cards since they did not program it well.
Worst IHG experience ever. Shameful to have voco under IHG name.

Well, the hotel is good and spacious, but the rooms are rather small. The idea of parking is incomprehensible , there is no elevator from the parking to the rooms or the reception. The service is not at the desired level. Breakfast options are limited.

Kudos to the hotel banquet and valet staff for making the Fast Food & Cafe Convention successful. I attended an event in their banquet area, and it was top-notch. The F&B offerings are well presented and I am glad to see the level of F&B service at par within the region.

Firstly, I must commend the exceptional service provided by your staff during my visit. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly assistance throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by your team. It truly made me feel valued as a guest.
Moreover, I was delighted with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of ensuring that it was immaculate and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities.
The hotel amenities were also greatly appreciated. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered a variety of exercise options, which made it convenient for me to stay active during my stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant provided a scrumptious breakfast every morning

was a pleasure staying at this and nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose.Overall the experience was brilliant and all staff are very friendly
