Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the Front Office staff Marwan and Suleiman and also from the F&B department Sameer and Khalid. Excellent service from Gulam (housekeeping), always very attentive and respectful. Overall, truly an exceptional experience delivered through exceptional staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Riyadh.

Had an opportunity to have Iftar dinner at Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace. Amazing place, amazing food, and great service. I would specially mention “CHEF TAREEF” for his hospitality, care and conduct. Five stars.

Another memorable time here in Crowne Plaza experiencing Iftar Buffet. Bounty choices of mouth-watering food, from the salad, main course up to its dessert. Too many variations that gave me hard time to choose. Congratulations for the another great service.
I really enjoyed the desserts, actually.

I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace for a wonderful hotel experience.
