Title: Disappointing Experience at an Aging Hotel Review: After being here for few tens of times last 10 years, I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The property seems to be showing signs of aging with evident poor maintenance and redevelopment efforts. The amenities provided were outdated, and to my surprise, some were not even available in every room. This lack of consistency was disheartening. One aspect that particularly fell short was the quality of food offered. The dining experience left much to be desired, as the food was consistently below average. This was unexpected considering the charges for both the suites and regular rooms, which led me to have higher expectations. Furthermore, the hotel appeared to be consistently crowded, which affected the overall ambiance and comfort. The rooms lacked proper soundproofing, and unfortunately, I found myself next to a family with young children and infants. The noise levels were disruptive, and it greatly impacted my ability to sleep peacefully. Considering the prices charged by the hotel, I had hoped for a better quality experience overall. However, the combination of aging facilities, inconsistent amenities, below par food, and poor soundproofing left me disappointed. I believe it's important for the hotel management to address these issues promptly and make improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope that future visitors will have a more satisfactory stay and that the hotel will take these concerns seriously to ensure their guests' comfort and enjoyment.

Excellent hotel with multiple access. Great service! Breakfast was decent could be better. Had 2 types of lifts for different floors especially food place which is located on the roof. Rooms were spacious had a large bathroom, a sink and microwave.

Really good hotel with a great breakfast view and a generally excellent location. We were upgraded to a suite when we checked in and the room service we received was exceptional (special thanks to Mamun). I highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience was great. Rooms are very clean and location is only foot steps from the south entrance. Thanks to all the hotel’s staff for making our stay pleasant.. Special thanks to Islam Naji for his support and help

Instantly walking in, we were greeted with incredible service. Our luggage was taken care of as we made our way to the front desk. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining us through our concerns and we made our way to our room. The rooms are definitely a bit outdated, but still acceptable! The service however, is unparalleled. The service people are extremely kind and friendly, assisting with any problem you may have! We were especially treated well during breakfast by a man named Elsaed, who walked us through the entire breakfast room and helped out the whole time. Overall, a beautiful experience at this hotel! I would recommend to all my friends.
