I stayed at this place during Ramadan 2024. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and what makes this hotel a great choice is its location. It’s very close to Masjid AlNabawi

Location is great and really convenient for prayers. The service is fine as well. The rooms on the lower floors are extremely small. Be careful when you book. People book and pay for the same rooms types (haram view) but get different types of rooms. The rooms on the higher floors are much bigger. This happened to our group as well. We have no idea how they allocate the rooms but it's definitely not fair given that everyone has paid the same price.

If you think you save some energy for being near the haram you’re wrong because you will go up and down through the stairs!! Because of the over loaded elevator… and you will spend the rest of your energy recharging the room card that doesn’t work!!
Don’t forget the dirty rooms.!!
One star for the nice worker abuhanef he was very nice and friendly.

This hotel is 5 star but the standards do not seem so. The moment we stepped in did not feel like a warm welcome except for the staff who took our bag to the room. There were 3 women at the front desk who didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all infact the one who checked us in seemed to be lost.
The rooms are clean and well furnished but the standard room is too tight for 2 people.
The breakfast restaurant is again too tight. It was highly crowded and the some tables and chairs were too close to each other to even walk pass by. The buffet was big but not very flavorful. They need work on their coffee which was pathetic.
Being a 5 star hotel it needs to improve in terms of service, food and size of rooms. Their plus point is the amazing location, right in front of gate 25 for ladies.

Absolutely perfection. The staff are one of the most amazing people i have met. All the managers Mr Khan, Mr Sayed and all the staff members were the epitome of perfection in hospitality. The hotel is at the best location and buffet is amazing. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it really should be a 6 star hotel.
