Fantastic service here. We arrived 8 hours late and were upgraded to a suite. The king bed can be separated into two twins. Very modern and new hotel. Breakfast was okay. Fast access to the south end of the courtyard. Would recommend for men only groups, but not sure for women as the women’s gate is on the north side of the haram. Note not many restaurants near this hotel as they’re mainly on the north side, apart from Al Baik

Hotel is at a very convenient location, clean bathrooms, clean comfortable beds, I want to especially thank Mohammad Arsalan at concierge for his hospitality and very special care. He guided us so well on everything. He was very attentive to anything we may need during our stay.

This is the third time that I chose this hotel.
The previous experiences were better than this.
It is overall good experience but there were some issues like no body help me with my bags while arriving, some room’s stuff are missing, so I need to call every time that I found something that I need it and it considered as essential and should be available before arriving. The quality of hotel food even become less compared with the previous experience in the past 2 years.
The housekeeping service is very good and very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities one would need were provided. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient. It was located just a short walk from the Prophet Muhammad Mosque.
The staff at the hotel provided superb service. Everyone was friendly, polite, and eager to assist guests in any way needed. A special thanks to Abdel Reheem at the front desk. He went out of his way on several occasions to help with recommendations for things to do or places to eat. His knowledge of the local area and kindness made checking in and out a pleasant experience.
Overall, this was an excellent choice of hotel. Both the accommodations and staff left us feeling well cared for during our stay. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Hotel location is perfect but the rooms are not the best. The first room we were given had a strong smell of damp and we had to ask to be moved, which the hotel did without any issues. The room although little to no damp smell, had insufficient lighting, no main light in the room, just lamps around the room. Also not enough electric sockets in the room, every time we wanted to use the kettle we had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle. And to use our phone charger, we had to unplug the TV.
Restaurant was good and decent variety for breakfast.
