Regular rooms can be a little small. The suites are a decent size and comfortable. The location is very convenient and has easy access to the male and female prayer areas with a short walk. The staff is amazing and always super friendly and helpful! Especially the managers and staff in the breakfast room. The food is good and fresh, and the karak tea is delicious.

Great location for hotel in Medina. One hotel detached from gate 21 of the Masjid. Masjid views are very limited from the rooms. Don't book for the views. Otherwise great. Elaborate breakfast buffet.

Rooms are severely outdated and not much thought has been given such as switches and location for phone chargers etc are far away from the beds (behind the Tv!) and very very noisy air conditioning units (second time same issue on two separate visits and different rooms). Although service and maintenance came over quick and cleanliness and service is commendable, not worth the dollars for just the location and brand loyalty alone, with a number of hotels with much better facilities and renovations. Windows are overdone with patterns which make it near enough impossible to enjoy any sort of ‘view’. As a Gold Hilton honors member, sadly, I’d recommend elsewhere.
