As an elite diamond IHG member, my expectations for a high-quality stay are understandably high. Unfortunately, my recent visit fell short in several key areas. From the outset, the welcoming experience was underwhelming, failing to meet the standard I’ve come to expect from a hotel of this caliber. The suite I paid for, hoping for luxury and comfort, was a letdown. The rooms appear outdated, with wornout furniture that seriously needs updating or replacing. Given the premium price, I anticipated a suite that matched or exceeded the value, but it was decidedly not the case here. However, it's important to acknowledge the positives where they exist. The customer service, particularly from a lady named Bayan, was a notable highlight. Her assistance and professionalism were commendable and stood out amid the otherwise disappointing aspects of my stay. Considering the overall experience – from the room conditions to the cost – I find it difficult to recommend this hotel to others. While exceptional staff like Bayan make a difference, the physical environment and initial reception significantly detract from the overall experience. Totally disappointed with the overall experience, The location is also a postive forgot to mention it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site dining options were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I had a great experience over all at this hotel. I especially loved the breakfast! The food was really good! They had an omelet station and so many different type of food. My server Fahad went above and beyond for me and family. He always had a smile on his face and helped us out so much!

Perfect hotel close to Haram women’s entrance. Amazing staff and customer service. Comfortable beds clean rooms good breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here every time we visit.
