Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. The standout was the service in the restaurant upstairs by ElSaeed. What a gentleman who treated us with humility, respect and showed love to the kids.
The only improvement could be the rooms which were a bit deteriorated.

Friendly staff, exceptional customer service and the breakfast is clean and fresh. Room is great- we are very comfortable! Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay close our beloved prophet pbuh mosque in madinah! It’s walking distance and very convenient! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable will come back again!

Although very dated, the rooms are of decent size. The housekeeping is one of the best as they are cleaning rooms all day and have dedicated cleaning staff for each floor. The restaurant was okay with a decent selection of food during the evening meal but can become very repetitive. Overall a good stay if you don’t mind the dated decor and room.

Great hotel, clean and high level service. The receptionists are very professional in dealing with guests. The welcome with a smile was from all the hotel staff. Especially Islam Naji ? The rooms are at the peak of cleanliness and the response of room service to requests was very fast compared to the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Thanks for the great experience

The hotel was great Very close to the sanctuary is a 3-minute walk away. All services are available and the whole crew was great. Islam Naji, mention it in particular. It was so great and helped us save everything we needed. The next trip is on the same hotel, God willing
