Fantastic experience with view on the Mosque of Rasulullah SAW. Room was clean, all amenities were present. Easy to reach the Masjid. Great Reception, Friendly and very helpful.
I forgot some of my personal stuff in the bathroom. These were collected and stored very safely and the return of the good was arranged fantastic.
I would definitely go back to this hotel. Worthy for your money!

Location is not the best (you will reach 20K steps a day) . Its normal for the room service not to answer you.
If your used to 5 star hotels, you will be shoked that this hotel is over 3 stars.
On the positive note. They have a good house keeping team. (very clean)

All was nice and well overall.
The hotel could have informed us prior to arrival with regards to the road block that stopped ease of access to the side street.
The reception staff kept advising us to call 0 for any questions or help we needed. Would have been nice to have our concerns addressed at the outset.
Housekeeping required prompting to clean the room, especially if the room required a vacuum.
The biggest trouble I had was I booked the room for a certain price, though funds weren’t taken until I arrived at the location, by which point the exchange rate affected the price to the tune of of £200+. This was quite the inconvenience and I would like this to be looked into!
Other than that, most other areas were pleasant.

Excellent hotel with multiple access. Great service! Breakfast was decent could be better. Had 2 types of lifts for different floors especially food place which is located on the roof. Rooms were spacious had a large bathroom, a sink and microwave. Close to 367 gate.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic experience.Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10.
The sofa bed in the living room – it was broken. I informed the hotel staff about the problem, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They promptly replaced the broken sofa bed with a new one, ensuring our comfort during the stay. Their quick action and dedication to resolving the issue showcased their excellent customer service.
The only drawback I found was the lighting in the suite. It was a bit dim, especially in the evening.Brighter lighting or additional lamps would have greatly improved the ambiance and made the suite even more inviting.
Despite this minor concern, my overall experience at the hotel was highly positive. The attentive staff, spacious suite, and the quick resolution of the sofa bed issue demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, with the hope that they address the lighting concern to provide an even better experience for future guests.
