We stayed in Pullman Zamzam Madina in August.
We checked in around 0330, and it was very smooth and easy. The front desk ended up giving me a suite as an upgrade. We took our infant, so we requested a baby crib, which was brought to us a few minutes after we arrived in the room.
The rooms were very spacious and clean; we had a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa, TV, and dinner tables. Unfortunately, they don't have a microwave, but they have a small fridge.
We purchased a breakfast package, which is a great deal (in my opinion), but the only downside is that they have the same menu daily, except for a few things.
The checkout transition was easy since our bellman was very nice; he immediately checked us out.

My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were
friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom needed some attention but had plenty of towels and toiletries.
Most important part it’s just 5 minutes walk from gate 367 (where the noble rawda appointment queue starts).
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my short stay of 3 nights in the hotel. Service and food were good although I faced a small issue with the AC fan at the start but nonetheless, it was fixed within 45 minutes. The restaurant's food and view is mesmerizing. The hotel is just in front of Bab-As-Salam gate which makes it the best area/hotel to stay for men. Although for women the Prophet's Mosque gates are on opposite sides we didn't really face any issues but if you are traveling with older people would suggest hotels on the other side as it will help ladies to access the Prophet's Mosque easily. Apart from that overall the hotel is really good!

Highly recommended. The staff is very humble, caring and professional. Even in this peak season, they are striving to deliver the best. As a guest you want to see the effort put in by the management. I would especially name Mr ahmed from reception and the people from guest relation who were kind enough to help me in arranging a family gathering. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with view on the Mosque of Rasulullah SAW. Room was clean, all amenities were present. Easy to reach the Masjid. Great Reception, Friendly and very helpful.
I forgot some of my personal stuff in the bathroom. These were collected and stored very safely and the return of the good was arranged fantastic.
I would definitely go back to this hotel. Worthy for your money!
